YOUR ISSUES
You, or your client, have a significant building project where you wish to install zenithal lighting systems with solar protection in order to provide additional light while at the same time limiting phenomena such as excessive heat intake and glare.
You, or your client, are aware of renewable energy and photovoltaic cell panels in particular.
You, or your client, have a budget problem, connected not only with the costs of your RT 2005 or Green Building project, but also to the additional cost generated by the installation of a sun shade on a zenithal lighting arch.

OUR SOLUTIONS
We finance and install the solar protection for you, which will be made up not of perforated sheet metal but of photovoltaic cells!!!
You or your client will then have, for little more than the price of a standard arch, an arch with a sun shade (since the panels will also have this function) and the possibility of communicating by highlighting your environmental policy (an information board detailing the Co2 emissions avoided could, for example, be put up in your reception area).

The set-up is simple:
- You, or your client, purchase exclusively Innovation Partners arches from waterproofing companies.
- The structure and the photovoltaic cell panels are supplied and installed free of charge by Suneo Finances, with whom a leasing contract for your roof will be signed for a 20-year duration.
- Suneo Finances manages the maintainance of the panels and the concession by reselling the energy produced to EDF.
- When the 20-year contract expires, the concession returns to you automatically complete with a guarantee covering the panels for a further 5 years (the panels are in fact guaranteed for 25 years). Via the profits from the sale of energy, this option allows you to partly fund the purchase of the arches produced by Innovation Partners. Another possibility at the end of the contract is to renew it with Suneo Finances which, after changing the panels, will again manage the concession for the same duration.
